A Summer of Innovation!

What does it mean to make your mark? SPS students are exploring countless possibilities this summer through engaging choice programs that encourage personalized learning. With this theme in mind, I began to wonder what a summer of personalized learning might look like for me as a school leader. How do I make my mark in this technology driven world we live in? I started by reading the book, What Connected Educators Do Differently by Whitaker, Casas, and Zoul. I agree 100% that educators should get outside their own walls and connect with others. I am also passionate about sharing all the great things going on in our own buildings with our own students. My passion for sharing this summer of innovation during Explore has led to the creation of this blog.
